There is a solution to every problem, provided the problem is carefully analyzed. Our accident reporting system (ARS) lets you analyze the accidents in an area or in a city, helping you work towards a solution to bring down the accidents.

At the moment, the traffic department, the police and the local government in an area stores the data related to accidents manually. The manual process makes it difficult to collate the information and analyze the data quickly and correctly.

But with ARS, the traffic police can store all the data related to accidents on a digital map. What that means is that they can view each and every accident taken place in a city on the city’s digital map. And it’s not just the current data you can view and analyze. You can even feed the data lying in your files into the system to get a detailed report on the accidents in the city.

The one touch menu of ARS throws up 20 different kinds of reports on accidents simultaneously at the click of a button. The readily available data helps you analyze accident prone areas, the cause behind it and take remedial action.

The ARS can also take the workload off the police department. The accident data can be accessed by the NGOs, the citizens and other local bodies in a city, which can then get together to analyze the causes and thereby come up with a solution at a local level.

ARS has many other features like the option to define police jurisdiction on the map for better management, search feature to find the relevant accident from the database, parameter based search to get the requisite data one is looking for, zoom in and zoom feature and so much more. You can even mark the exact accident spot on the map with ARS, which could come in handy in case of investigations.

It is one software which can bring the citizens and the police department close together to work towards a common good- reducing accidents.

TESTIMONIALS

“We are certainly happy with their File Journey Management System. Our department was always criticized for delaying files and sometimes, there were even allegations of bribery thrown at us. However, FJMS has put an end to all that. Now, we are one of the most efficient departments in the railway industry, and we are certainly enjoying the accolades which are coming in.”
