Software Developer
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ERPNext/Frappe solutions as per client requirements. Tasks include understanding technical specifications, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring quality standards. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, coding expertise, and a collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Software Developer Lead
Lead and mentor the development team in ERPNext and Frappe projects, from converting functional requirements into technical solutions to delivering high-quality code. Responsibilities include solution design, work breakdown structuring, project planning, coding, testing, documentation, and managing system updates/upgrades. The role requires strong technical architecture skills, version control expertise, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience building applications from scratch. Must be adept at guiding developers, ensuring best coding practices, and fostering team collaboration.
Functional Consultant
Responsible for bridging business and technical teams to ensure successful ERPNext implementations. Key tasks include conducting CRP sessions, preparing GAP, BRD, and SDD documents, designing solutions, coordinating with developers, managing UAT, securing milestone sign-offs, and overseeing go-live activities. Requires hands-on ERPNext experience, strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to probe and understand business requirements.
Pre Sales Consultant
Drive consultative ERPNext sales from discovery to closure, including lead generation, client presentations/demos, proposal preparation, and relationship management. Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze competition, manage risks, support POC and implementation kick-offs, and ensure payment collection. Requires 1–5 years of pre-sales experience (ERPNext preferred), strong domain knowledge in manufacturing/trading/services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
Project Manager
Responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of ERPNext projects. Key tasks include creating work breakdown structures, managing schedules, monitoring stand-ups, conducting project reviews, maintaining project documentation, and preparing reports/MoMs. Requires strong organizational, strategic, and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and proven experience managing ERP projects in IT/software. ERPNext domain expertise is mandatory; project management certification is a plus.
Software Developer (Intern)
Technical Intern to work closely with our development team on live projects, contributing to coding, database management, debugging, and testing. The role involves writing clean and efficient code in Python or Java, assisting in database queries and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and documenting technical processes. Candidates should have strong logical and analytical skills, basic knowledge of Python, Java, and databases, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a team environment. Exposure to web development, familiarity with the software development lifecycle, or participation in tech projects will be an added advantage. Successful interns may be offered a full-time role based on performance.
Functional Consultant (Intern)
Intern to support our senior consultants in delivering ERPNext solutions. The role involves assisting in gathering and understanding business requirements, documenting processes and solutions, participating in client meetings and workshops, and contributing to testing and quality assurance. Candidates should be graduates from any discipline (Finance preferred), possess excellent communication and documentation skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team. An interest in finance-related processes and familiarity with business analysis or consulting concepts will be an added advantage. This internship offers potential for a full-time role post-completion.
