Western Railway
We have helped a small part of the mammoth Indian Railways be better managed. We have helped install our File Journey Management System in various departments of the Western Railway with fantastic success. Given the number of employees which work in a railway department, file processing was always the root cause of inefficiency and delays in executing important projects. The root cause was dealt with effectively through FJMS. FJMS did what it’s meant to do- make file tracking easier; make the employees accountable, and give the exact location of the file within an organization at any given point of time.
The success of FJMS for Western Railways can be seen from the fact that the same has been replicated in other government organizations as well, with the same fantastic results. Pune Traffic Police
Given the increasing vehicular traffic in Pune, it was time the situation was analyzed and a solution was found to the increasing road accidents and traffic jams. But with limited resources and manpower, it was hard for Pune Traffic Police to do a thorough analysis and come up with a practical solution.
That’s where we chipped in with our Accident Reporting System (ARS) and Incident Reporting System (IRS). With the help of these systems, Pune Traffic Police was able to build a comprehensive database of various accidents and traffic jams reported from various parts of the city. They were able to compile previous data and the new data to build a central database which could be accessed at a single touch.With various in-built analytical tools in the system, they were able to analyze the accident prone and traffic jams prone areas and take corrective measures accordingly. Proof of the success of ARS and IRS lies in the words of DCP of the city himself. He has praised our system for its effectiveness, and we are happy that we could help Pune’s traffic solution become better in our own small way.

PMPML
We always believed that popularization of public transport is the best remedy for traffic congestion and pollution. We decided to pay PMPML, the public bus network of Pune, a visit. Following a discussion with the officials at PMPML, we realized that the lack of information with public regarding the bus schedule and timings was a major deterrent for people to avoid taking the bus.
Our On-Time software was the perfect solution to the problem. It allowed PMPML to build a bus timetable and update it regularly without any errors with a minimum of effort. They were able to share the same with the general public through their website as well as other mediums. The fact that people are now able to know the exact arrival and departure times of buses, select the best possible route and have so much more information has definitely seen a rise in PMPML’s ridership. We even helped PMPML build a user-friendly website which could disseminate information to the general public. And we are glad our solution proved beneficial for the citizens and PMPML alike.
