Today, we are writing this blog on solution called SaloonManagement System, which we developed for our most precious partner of Kuwait.Partner name is Mr. Shakeel Viam. He belongs to Kuwait and serves mainly service Industries in Kuwait.
Solution Objective
Mr.Shakeel approached us with his problem of managing multiple saloon operations. Issues which he was facing major for his Saloon clients are;

Solution
After understanding his requirement, we proposed him ERPNext Platform. We mapped each requirement with available functionality of ERPNext.
We started with business flow such as daily activities conducted by employees, customers interactions, appointment bookings, payments, attendance etc. Based on project kick-off meeting we prepared functional requirement specification (FRS)which consists of entire screens and functionality narrated by Mr. Shakeel.
