Project Manager will be in charge of the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of projects. Project Managers need to ensure the successful completion of all projects and also oversee the people performing work on the projects.

What will you be doing?

  •      Planning projects, including creating a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure.
  •       Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient allocation of resources.
  •      Play a critical role in monitoring stand-ups and conducting project reviews, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  •      Additionally, oversee project artifacts, ensuring proper documentation, organization, and version control of essential project materials.
  •      Prepare weekly review reports, and document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to ensure effective project management and communication

What makes you a fit candidate for this role?

  •  Effective project planning, which includes key qualities like strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage stakeholders efficiently.
  •  Well versed with Project Management Methodologies and Project Management Tools
  •  Experience on ERP projects as Project Manager in the IT/Software field.
  •  Need to have exceptional skills in project planning, tracking, and management to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects within defined timelines and budgets
  •  Good communication and Documentation Skills.
  •  Project Management Certification would be a plus.
  •  Experience on ERPNext Domain is a plus.
