Business Analyst

Role Overview

Understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and prepare functional specifications for ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
• Map existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Support ERP implementation, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Monitor project requirements, deliverables, and implementation progress

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP Functional Consulting
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or NetSuite
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing workflows
• Good knowledge of business process mapping and requirement analysis
• Experience preparing BRD, FRD, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with project monitoring and documentation tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
