Indictrans Leaders Meeting

The entrepreneurial journey is a lengthy one, and consistent effort is the key to success. As someone wise once said, “It is still day 1,” reminding us to persevere relentlessly.

The year 2023 ushered in numerous impactful events. It was a period where our focus shifted entirely from SMEs to Enterprises—a challenging transition. Each step proved to be arduous, delivering valuable lessons along the way.

Despite starting the year with clear goals, as the months progressed, the challenges grew more formidable. The Core Team faced these challenges head-on, with some stumbling, but each failure became a lesson that fueled the continuation of our journey.Indictrans Team

This battle is far from a walk in the park. Every year brings fresh challenges, propelling us into different orbits. Yet, maintaining calm and consistency in our efforts brings us closer to realizing our goals.

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill

While the planning and targets set by the team led us to a certain level, some failed to embrace new learning, a prerequisite for reaching the peak. Decisions made at the start of the year, such as discontinuing Smart City Offerings, are yet to yield results, but we anticipate positive outcomes.

“Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” – Winston S. Churchill

The continuous ups and downs in our journey undoubtedly guide us in the right direction, even if the light at the end of the tunnel seems elusive. Our persistent efforts and continuous learning will lead us to that distant light.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” – Thomas A. Edison

Focusing Towards GoalsLearnings from the Frappeverse Conference and discussions with industry peers provided ample food for thought. These reflections are catalysts for thinking, rethinking, and determining our next course of action.

Adapting to the challenges posed by remote work, we’ve incorporated certain durations of in-office work for the Project team. We’ve upheld a commitment to excellence by not promoting non-performers and continually seeking the best candidates to achieve our goals.

“Opportunities don’t happen. You create them.” – Chris Grosser

Reflecting on the journey, the phrase “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” resonates deeply. Each turn introduces someone new, offering insights that guide us to the next phase.

“The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary.” – Vidal Sassoon

At this challenging stage, only teamwork and the right direction will help us prevail. Those who face these challenges will be the pillars and leaders. I am in search of leaders, not just managers—individuals who can lead every department from the front. Responsibility and decision-making come with accountability. I am confident that my team will not falter; they will become the core pillars leading the organization.

“A good leader takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share of the credit.” – Arnold H. Glasow
