Saloon Management System on ERPNext Platform

Since long time, Indictrans Team is working on ERPNextplatform and developed many solutions for various clients and partners.

Indictrans has grown expertise in customization, new appdevelopment, integration, training, consultancy and support. Team is verywell known for solutions in domains like Manufacturing, Retail, Service etc.This happened due to vast level of work made by theteam on ERPNext in last few years.

Today, we are writing this blog on solution called SaloonManagement System, which we developed for our most precious partner of Kuwait.Partner name is Mr. Shakeel Viam. He belongs to Kuwait and serves mainlyservice Industries in Kuwait.

Solution Objective

Mr.Shakeel approached us with his problem of managing multiple saloon operations.Issues which he was facing major for his Saloon clients are;

  • How to manage multiple Saloons
  • How to manage transactions of different Saloons
  • How to automate customer interactions
  • How visibility of Saloon can be increased
  • How customer can take appointment without visiting saloon
  • How bookings/appointments can be managed easily
  • How employees can be managed easily

Solution

Afterunderstanding his requirement, we proposed him ERPNext Platform. We mapped eachrequirement with available functionality of ERPNext.

Westarted with business flow such as daily activities conducted by employees,customers interactions, appointment bookings, payments, attendance etc. Based onproject kick-off meeting we prepared functional requirement specification (FRS)which consists of entire screens and functionality narrated by Mr. Shakeel.Some of the key functionality are mentioned below:
